Grilled Cheese Rollup
A quick and easy low carbohydrate version of a classic.
Equipment
- Frying pan
Ingredients
- 1 Low carb tortilla
- 2-3 oz. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese Substitute your favorite shredded cheese.
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Preheat frying pan medium low.
- Spread shredded cheese on tortilla.
- Roll tortilla burrito style.
- Add butter to pan then add rolled tortilla.
- Remove tortilla after melting cheese and light browning.

Approximately 4 – 6 grams of carbohydrates depending on the size of low carb tortilla.
