Equipment

  • Frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Low carb tortilla
  • 2-3 oz. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese Substitute your favorite shredded cheese.
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat frying pan medium low.
  • Spread shredded cheese on tortilla.
  • Roll tortilla burrito style.
  • Add butter to pan then add rolled tortilla.
  • Remove tortilla after melting cheese and light browning.

Notes

Approximately 4 – 6 grams of carbohydrates depending on the size of low carb tortilla.
